MOiRA
Started working as a stylist at the BEEHiVE in 2012 and has been the BEEHiVE owner since 2017.
She attended Gene Juarez Academy for Cosmetology school in 2008. After graduation she was accepted as a student at the Advanced Training Salon (ATS) with Gene Juarez. Following that, she was picked for a year long apprenticeship at Bocz Salon in downtown Seattle.
Since then, she has furthered her education attending advanced cutting and styling classes in NY (Bumble & Bumble University) L.A., Miami, Seattle, Portland (R+Co) and has also had advanced color education with Wella, Redken, Ashlee Norman as well as R+Color.
The BEEHiVE has also hosted many notable global educators for in-salon education.
Moira is a color specialist, skilled in performing all types of color. Specifically she enjoys enhancing natural color, balayage, blonding and red HAiR.

LiJUANA / LU
Lijuana (aka Lu) has been a stylist for over 20 years. She started her career in L.A. working as a stylist behind the chair as well as behind the scenes as an editorial stylist for magazines and commercials.
Lu has continued her education having trained under celebrity stylist Neeko of L.A. She has also taken advanced courses with Bumble & Bumble, Vidal Sassoon®, R&Co and Ashlee Norman
Her passion for the hair industry still thrives and she loves to serve the clients that sit in her chair. She is a balanced stylist and loves to do it all!
Lu enjoys spending time outside the salon surrounded by family, good friends, food and wine.

MADDY
With years of experience in the hair industry, Maddy has transformed countless heads of hair into stunning works of art. A true artist at heart, Maddy views her hair as a unique canvas where every cut, color and style tells a story. Her passion for hairdressing is matched only by her commitment to bringing out the beauty in each client, ensuring they leave the salon not just looking good but feeling confident and empowered. Whether it’s a bold new look or a subtle enhancement, Maddy’s creativity and skill shine through in every transformation.
Maddy was voted best of the best hairstylist in Walla Walla 2024.

Anna
Anna began her HAiR career in 2016 after she graduated from the BEEHiVE iNSTiTUTE. Since that time, adventures have taken here and there as a traveling stylist but she moved back to the Walla Walla Valley and back home to the BEEHiVE, fall 2023.
Behind the chair, she loves creating looks for her guests that enhance their natural beauty and ultimately make them feel their absolute best. She also believes in a thorough consultation.
Anna loves cutting bob length hair or longer, she is proficient in gray coverage, blending, blondes, reds and is certified in HAND TiED EXTENSiONS (Coco Marie).
Out of the salon, Anna is committed to continuing educating herself in all things HAiR whether it is to learn new techniques or just stay excited about the craft of HAiRDRESSiNG. Larissa Love, & Sally Lemmo are just a few of the eduactors she has taken advanced classes from.

BROOKE
Brooke grew up in Walla Walla but began her HAiR career in Portland, Oregon. She is passionate about color and specializes in blondes and low-maintenance "lived-in" color.
Over the years, Brooke has attended many color classes in Vancouver WA, multiple online courses for balayage as well as attended Ashlee Norman's "Foilage" blonding class. Foilage is now her favorite coloring technique (using foil to balayage) for achieving the brightest blondes.
Back to Roots, Brooke recently moved home to Walla Walla from Portland. She recalls getting her hair done at the BEEHiVE as a teenager... the stylist and the ambiance inspired her to pursue a career in hair, and she had hoped to someday work at the salon. We love this story and are SO happy to have Brooke!

MEAGAN DAE
Meagan Dae is a multifaceted artist from a creative family in the heart of Texas. She spent her youth painting, writing songs and experimenting with hair and makeup. She always loved the supportive feminine community of a hair salon; a place of unveiling, shedding and emerging transformed.
She graduated from the Beauty Institute- Schwarzkopf Professional in Bellingham in 2016 and by 2020 was operarting her own salon suite, The Hair Saloon located just outside Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Meagan’s approach to hair is holistic and intuitive. Proficient in curly cuts and blending layers, she often cuts hair dry in its natural texture to address cowlicks and to manipulate kicks and flips. Meagan is well rounded in her craft, shaping all hair types with precision and care. She takes continuing education courses regularly and offers cutting, coloring, styling, bridal hair and makeup as well as color analysis and makeup lessons to her clients.
